We have created a staircase consisting of the systems steps in order to achieve your satisfaction.
1. Site Survey
While the Gulf Region may have excellent solar potential, not every building or site will be suitable for a solar installation. The first step in the design of a photovoltaic system is determining the site good solar potential. The following are some of the key points to knowing if the site, roof, building can have a solar energy system.
Area to be covered with panels
2. Research and Energy Saving Analysis
After gathering the data from the previous step we move on to assess and evaluate that data as well as checking further aspects. Next we conduct a check list below are some of the key questions.
Will it be connected to the utility’s transmission grid
Will it produce alternating current (AC) or direct current (DC)
Will it have battery back up?
Will it have back up by a diesel generator set?
Next we choose the components according our client specification. We offer many varieties and work closely with our suppliers to enable us to provide our clients with a full range of different specs and prices.
AK Solar provides every client tailor-made proposal based on the result of the Survey and Research and Energy Saving Analysis. We provide recommendations that are suitable and beneficial to our clients. The proposal will be in a presentation by our company representative to be followed by black and white detailed proposal. Once the client approves and accepts the proposal we can proceed to the commencement of the project.
4. Project Commencement
Our fully qualified team strives for the highest levels of customer service. We have a deep portfolio of successful solar installations and satisfied customers The most satisfactory installations are the result of team effort, with each team member contributing their particular expertise and experience.
AK Solar provides detailed reports to clients to keep them on track of the progress of the project. Depending on the duration of the project the following reports will be submitted to the client.
Preliminary report – provided halfway of the installation
Handing over report – this report is consist of the following information
How the panels are assembled
How the panels are installed
Location of the disconnecters and protectors
How much energy your system will produce
Monitoring your system regularly is as important as the design and construction phases. Without monitoring, issues can go unnoticed for extended periods, resulting in significant energy loss over time. A data monitoring system allows you to properly track your solar power installation’s production through a customized web interface. If your system isn’t performing properly, it will send an alert to ongoing, 24 x 7 service professional team and we will be sending them to your site to fix the problem. We offer customized maintenance packages that suit our customers’ needs. Under a maintenance agreement, we will schedule annual or semi–annual site visits and inspect your installation by offering a variety of services including but not limited to:
